Podiobooks

 I first heard of the author Scott Sigler when I listened to an interview with him on Skepticality about a month ago and was intrigued.  I just finished listening to my first podiobook from him, named Earthcore, yesterday and was very impressed by the amount of enjoyment I got from it.  I wasn't quite sure what to expect since I don't usually like sci-fi/thriller/horror literature but I found the story engrossing enough to look forward to each episode and to binge on the last four in quick succession.

Another benefit of listening to the podiobook is that I was introduced to the podiobooks.com website which features a plethora of free podiobooks to choose from.  I've decided to try some non-fiction next.
